Pelagos welcomes Delta and Soil to Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens

The much-loved ‘Friends of Pelagos’ Series continues this February at Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens with a one-night-only Athenian showcase that brings together three of the Greek capital’s leading gastronomic institutions.  

United by their eco-friendly commitments and avant-garde artistry, Chef Luca Piscazzi will be joined at Pelagos (one Michelin star) by Chefs George Papazacharias and Thanos Feskos of Delta (two Michelin stars) plus Chef Tasos Mantis of Soil (one Michelin star) for an extraordinary nine-course menu showcasing three dishes from each esteemed restaurant. 

Commenting on 2023’s second ‘Friends of Pelagos’ event, Chef Piscazzi said: “It’s an honour to be welcoming George, Thanos and Tasos—and the values of Delta and Soil—to Pelagos. It is testament to the rich culinary heritage of Greece to have three such highly awarded, planet-conscious restaurants so close by and I am excited to be joining forces to shine a spotlight on sustainability.”
